About Cody Regional Health Foundation

The Cody Regional Health Foundation was originally established on June 17, 1998, as the West Park Hospital Foundation, a 501(c)(3) not‑for‑profit organization. All gifts to the Foundation are tax‑deductible.

In December 2017, the West Park Hospital District Board of Trustees voted to update the organization’s name to Cody Regional Health to better reflect its expanding services and multiple campuses. The Foundation adopted the new name as well, ensuring alignment with the organization and the patients and communities it serves.

Our Purpose

We encourage contributions from individuals, corporations, foundations, and community organizations to support vital programs, services, and equipment needs. The Foundation also works to build and sustain endowmentsand other long‑term funds that strengthen the future of Cody Regional Health.

Governance & Leadership

The Foundation is governed by a dedicated Board of Directors who:

  • Provide leadership and financial support
  • Offer guidance on strategic direction and priorities
  • Champion fundraising efforts
  • Help communicate and interpret the needs of Cody Regional Health to the community

The Board elects Foundation officers and regularly reviews and establishes policies to ensure strong governance.

Day‑to‑day operations are led by the Foundation Director, who oversees fundraising initiatives, donor relations, and the management of all Foundation funds. The Director reports to the Cody Regional Health Foundation Board and CEO of Cody Regional Health. The Director is committed to the ethical stewardship of every gift entrusted to the Foundation.

Every gift matters! Through the support of donors like you, we continue to elevate healthcare in our region and bring new opportunities, services, and innovations to the people we serve. To support our work visit: https://www.codyregionalhealth.org/crh-foundation/ways-to-give/
