We are thrilled to announce the launch of our Rock Steady Boxing program at CRH, designed specifically for individuals diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease.

This exciting program will provide a supportive and empowering environment for participants to improve their strength, balance, and overall well-being.

PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS

• Open exclusively to individuals with a Parkinson’s diagnosis
• Must be cleared by a primary care physician
• Initial assessment by the RSB head coach required before participation
